Guinea pig, male, 4 years old.
Test results show lots and lots of gram-negative bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae. No other symptoms than purulent secretion from right eye and nasal discharge. Which antibiotics could work to treat this?
Both Isathal vet (fusidine) and Spersadex (dexametason+chloramphenicol) have been tried out for 10 days with almost instant relapse. Both being eyedrops.
