It looks like my case. My case was renal lymphoma cat and she had dypnea after diagnosis with ultrasound around a few day. I thought that she was lung consolidation or pneumonia because you could see alveolar lung pattern at cranioventral lung lobe. And my case , I tried high dose intravenous antibiotic(Meropenem) for 14 days. Luckily, owner didn’t has purchase problem. My case got better around 14 days.And now, she pass away with renal lymphoma.
