Hi everyone.
Would like to ask for 2nd opinion for this case. This is a case in a >7 y/o indoor, neutered female cat with complaint of abnormal breathing since yesterday. Start inappetance as well. No vomitting/coughing/diarrhea. Quiet, alert, responsive and abdominal breathing observe upon presentation. Purring sound quite loud, unable to determine clearly the lung sound, no heart murmur/muffle heart sound upon chest auscultation.

Is it possible if it is mediastinal mass or cardiomegaly? And is this a case of intestinal torsion as well? as i could see clear demarcation of the colon from VD view.

Thank you.
