Got the photo from owner.
3,5 year old female budgie with periocular swelling that started 2 days ago. She is eating and flies as normal. She lost feathers around her eyes during the winter.
That's all the info i got so far

As everyone said, yes, DDx are: Chlamydiosis, with secondary sinusitis - A-vitamin deficiency - Sinusitus )fungal/bacterial - Other infectious disease - Lymphoma. When/if you can save this poor bird, please educate the owner about the diet. Seed diets are not only insufficient for tropical or subtropical parrots, but cause irreparable damage and shorten their lives as well.
