3 year old spayed female rabbit with skin problem.

Skin lesions that started 3 months ago. The rabbit was chewing on the couch and owner sprayed some kind of “get off” spray on the couch. The rabbit kept chewing on the couch and after this it got lesions on lips and front legs.

The couch was separated from rabbit with fence but the lesions won’t go away. It could be that the lesions were there before the couch licking as well.
The lesions was found on health exam, the owner hadn’t noticed it.

Negative for Dermatophytes and Treponema paraluiscuniculi.
Teeth without remarks including X-rays.
Treated for mites.

A bit dry tarsal skin but otherwise no more skin lesions. DUDE. Living with a friend without symptoms.

Any ideas what this could be?
