Here is nice image for intepretation training , just to describe all findings...

dont even try to find diagnosis to summ it up, it is very dubious and i am still sstruggling with it with all bloodwork and timeline soo just relax and decribe all u can see

Dog was presented for abdominal pain and in lateral position. Was operated for urinary stones 1 year ago, yesterday he ate bones.
On presentation bladder was full of blood.
Lead was old hunting trauma incidental, contrast was to check integritity off bladder, stones in intestines non obstructive but just stuck probably beacuse paralytic ileus, lumbosacral changes incidental.
Biggest finding i waited is will somebody recognise ill defined retroperitoneum space there is free fluid inside and in abdomen.
Bloodwork extreme trombocytopenia.
