Hi everyone! I was hoping to get some input on this case.

This is a 4 YO MN DSH feline who presented for a several month duration of intermittent vomiting and 36 hours of acute vomiting and diarrhea. Anorexic as of this morning. Only abnormality on exam was a palpable soft tissue mass in the mid-abdomen.

Pictures from the exploratory surgery and cytology obtained intraoperatively are attached (sorry for the poor quality! Our microscope is old.).

Owners are financially limited, so we may not be able to send for histopathology.

I appreciate y'all's expertise!
