13yo FN jack russel. Inhalational wheeze heard with stethoscope, stretching out of neck intermittently, weight loss 0.8kg in 3 weeks, normal haem and biochem bloods, had reduced appetite but since metacam and antacids is eating. Able to chew and swallow but sometimes extends neck in-between. Oral exam- no mass evident, left tonsil slightly enlarged. Is that a soft tissue mass proximal laryngeal region Vs extension of soft palate? Not a brachy breed. Mild bronchial pattern but lung auscultation clear.
Any thoughts? Thank you
