**Recurrent cystic calculi in a 2 year old male Guinea pig**
I removed a cystic calculi from this patient six weeks ago. Today is presented again with recurrent calculi. The stone is about the same size as the one I removed last time. The owners have been feeding the pig hay and pellets, hardly any greens. The pig is in normal body condition.
Is there any point in re-operating and using Diuril /chlorthiazide?
Any with similar experience?
