7 yr NM 21kg mixed breed. 1 month history of mild intermittent right sided unilateral epistaxis with sneezing fits. Acutely worse the day prior to these radiographs. Multiple dental abnormalities (109 extracted). Improvement since extraction, carprofen, clavamox.
